hullo. today's entry is gonna be short and sweet. because nothing much happened. but better than stoning at home rite?! ok. for some reason, my insomnia came back. pissed me off. been having it for about 3 nights in a row. hope it goes away la. and this time insomnia is not because of love crap, just pure insomnia by itself.
ok. i slept like around 5am last night(SUNDAY). ordered from SOCCERFOOD.COM again and this time they came later than usual -_- but heck, i still got mah food. 6 currypuffs and a murtabak. i gobbled everything down within 10 minutes. discovered the existence of rose syrup in my fridge and went to make myself a big tall glass of cooling, refreshing, rose syrup drink. but i used too much rose syrup and it tasted damn bloody sweet. then the sky was bright red, and that means, it's gonna rain soon! i'm so happy la. to rain at night is one of the best times to embrace sleeping.
TMR afternoon. MONDAY. woke up about 1pm and found it surprisingly hard to sleep back. keep tossing and turning around and the weather is pure hell. the sun was merciless. forced myself to sleep back for about another 2 hours or so. then woke up, showered and left for PS. reached PS at about 3+ and had a late lunch at the kopitiam on the second highest floor. ate the same thing la, grilled chicken set for $4.30 at that indonesian stall. for some reason, i think im getting sick of it already, it's losing its shiokness factor. maybe the sauce quantity wasnt sufficient. the standard routine while eating at a food court for me is... a full set meal, and a COMPULSORY dessert. ate the same dessert again la, red ruby with sago. for today, i think they anyhow made my dessert, they kinda overloaded the coconut milk in my dessert, and the contents look like shit.
some weird event is going downstairs. the theme is KITKAT. we went to look at it. i saw a giant kitkat on display and i thought it was fake as it looks damn plastic. but actually it's REAL. a guiness world record of the biggest kitkat bar in da world! i whipped out my handphone camera singaporean style to take a pic of this yummy thing. if only i were to sneak into PS late at night when all the shops have closed and eat this giant chocolate bar for myself hahah.
it looks like a coffin from this view. but it's a giant kitkat bar la.

then went to guardian store on B2 to search for a new WAX for my hair. i bought this wax for females instead for myself. hope it works on my hair la. the GATSBY one i've been religiously using for one year straight is beginning to lose its lustre on my hair. in fact, putting in on my hair has no effects totally, giving me a totally unstyled look. hope this new wax doesnt disappoint. it states there, BOUNCY CURLS. lol.

from there, we left for cityhall. went to marina square instead. wei bought his boxers and shit, i just tagged, and deciding what to eat for dinner. looked at BILLY BOMBERS, an american styled restaurant, with price ranging from $11-$20++++. kinda killing my wallet already. so thats a NO. then just finally settled for something budget.
ok. so while browsing through shops looking for clothes, we actually had a hidden motive, to see the courtesy level of singaporean service standards. we went through so many shops.... but i have to sadly conclude that singaporeans are lacking courtesy while in the sales industry. some gave us the weird stare while we were browsing through the clothes and crap, didnt even smile. idiot. well, and some shops, the staff are like kinda stoning at the counter, they didnt even bother to assist you. tsk tsk. how are we gonna match to international standards, i DONT wanna compare ours to japan. we are like sOoOOoOOOO much further away. among the rotten apples, they are some of the better staff la. i was very surprised to see a shop like Hang Ten, knowing that they sell cheaper stuff than most other shops there, at least they greeted us with a smile, not ONCE, but thrice. one from the lady at the entrance, and 2 more from the guy staff inside. we were impressed la. even we didnt buy anything, they still said, "thank for coming." i love them already : ) so much for courtesy in singaporean sales.
finally chose where to eat. its gonna be none other than foodcourt again la. this time at marinasquare's level 4. we ate at around 7pm. i thought that this would be just like any other regular foodcourt, but actually there is something special about this particular one.
it has an open-air outdoor view which is so magnificient la. an overhead view of the pretty evening crimson skies, esplanade and other buildings. i'll bring my future girlfriend here and we'll have dinner together over this pretty view. just so nice laaah.
here's Da pic. maybe it doesnt look as good in this pic as the camera sux, but i swear, it's really pretty if u were to go there and see it for urself. SO LOMANTIC RITE?

but one sad thing. great scenery, but average in terms of food quality. and the PRICEs are like shit. so i guess we're actually paying for the scenery. the standard routine, i bought dessert and this dessert tasted like SHIT. since the menus had shitty prices, like $5 for a bowl of assorted fruits is wtf. i went for the cheapest, which was pineapple + nata de coco, damn horrible tasting. though pineapple has its own good points, heard that eating pineapple could make a guy's sem*n have a pleasant taste. HAHAH.
well ok. then left home after that. damn tiring laaa. i so badly wanna sleep now. hunger pangs are keeping me awake. should i go down to buy from that 24 hr nasi lemak stall, or should i just ignore the feeling and just go off to bed..
i thought i could make the light shine for you,
but instead, it only made the sun left my sky
just a shattered memory that you wouldnt stay
through thick and thin with me...
