greetings.
it's 515am now, on a sunday morning. but i feel like updating, so i'll do so, before hitting the bed. been enjoying myself like hell these last 2 nights.
FRIDAY EVENING.
actually i kinda felt like i have a 50/50 chance of meeting the guys because i dont have ANY OF THEIR NUMBERS. and yet i said YES to this outing. lol. but somehow, i randomly walked around, and they spotted me. talk about luck :) and so, we dined, and thereafter, had a smashing fun time playing pool. everyone was warm and friendly, made new friends. but i dont think they know my forum nick :D i'd like to keep my identity as discreet as possible. but.. i think sooner or later, i'll blow my cover.
SATURDAY.
k. was supposed to meet them at 230pm. and i kinda dilly-dallied online for too long, so was late lol. i think my hair sucks big time today :( the curls are okay at the top, but the front and sides look bad. i wish i got a personal hairstylist. hahah.
AND SO, met them at FarEast, got down to RAMENTEN for lunch. ordered a spicy tomyam ramen. and it was so-so only. it wasnt even spicy at alL!!!!!! felt like i was cheated. after that we went to Dhoby Ghaut to meet another sgcafe dude. hanged out at the arcade beside PCBunk and played a few games of Daytona. surprisingly played decently enough even though i hadnt touched that game in arcades for about 1-2 years plus.
got bored of the arcade machine, so me and ElleLawliet went up to Plaza Sing's 6th floor to make some noise on the pianos there. i think we played too much until one of the staff got pissed off. lol.
NEXT.
Movie @ Cathay. watched BALLS OF FURY. was a realllllllllllly impromptu decision to catch a movie la. as we run out of other ideas, this was the best choice. plus we had a little too much free time.
my movie review. this show is FARKING FUNNNY. i laughed so damn hard. the storyline is a typical goodguy-VS-badguy-and-goodguywins-and-gets-all-the-girls type. but thumbs up for the superb humour. and maggi Q is so pretty.
oh ya. they had FREE FLOWING CANDYFLOSS at Cathay again. and AGAIN, i queued up for my free candy floss. i cannot resist good stuff like this. i love sweet stuff.
walked over to CHIJMES @ CityHall for dinner there. and settled to eat at the MAID CAFE. so, immediately i recognized who was working there. Yukino-chan from sgcafe. someone in my group knew her personally so he talked to her. i just bowed upon seeing her.(my habit of respect upon strangers) i guess she doesnt know im from sgcafe lol. but she looks cute in her maid uniform.
here comes the good part. our dinner WAS FREE. someone volunteered to PAY FOR ALL OUR FOOD. which AMOUNTED TO ALMOST $100. KUDOS TO HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he's certainly a nice guy la.
my review on COSAFE @ CHIJMES.
Maids : 7/10 (at first i thought the girls would be yuck, but i was proven wrong. most of the girls working there today were kinda decent looking, and some were kinda cute)
Food : ok. this is the disappointing part. the food wasnt anything to shout about. and my pizza i ordered, honestly tasted quite bad. (5.5/10)
Service Standard : alright. food didnt take too long to come. (7/10)
Pricing: DEFINITELY NOT STUDENT-FRIENDLY (prepare to bring AT LEAST $50 if you ever think of dining there)
Return again ? : yes. i dont mind going there again for snacks and drinks over late-night football matches in future. but DEFINITELY NOT for main dining.
Went to pool for about 2 hours straight after dinner. i didnt play because i was too engrossed in my psp.
Returned to COSAFE @ CHIJMES for our anticipated live football screening. and............ our team we supported WON!!!!!! but sadly, we didnt order any beer over the game la. but i didnt regret however, because i saved money lol.
3am.
took the night bus back home. if i had this luxurious lifestyle every single day. my wallet will catch fire. i think i spent more than $60 over these 2 nights.
*random stuff*
im still mourning at the fact that my pre-advanced class isnt contiuning. because i really fucking hate waiting. imagine the boredom of staying home for 21 days straight -_-
more or less settled on my choice of KODONA clothes. will try to get them ASAP, latest by next month.
i feel like having sex. k i think i'll do so, next week.
ahh. freaking tired. goodnight.
