i'm back. after quite a longggg break. have so much to blog aboutttt. dating back all the way to 25th of August, which was NATSU MATSURI day. i know i have been quite enthusiastic over that event because i keep mentioning about it in my previous posts lol, but unfortunately that day was like any other day, only different thing is that they are more Japanese people than Locals there. but sry hor, i have no pictures taken with my lousy camera on that day.
25th August.
met up with Joel's friend nearby the new Lasalle at about 130pm. had lunch at the kopitiam opposite. had thai food. fucking make me cry, damn blardy spicy.
230pm, left for Tanah Merah MRT, we're going there straight.
330pm.
reached outside the school and there was already a small crowd gathering outside the entrance. So, ok, there are people who are more kancheong than me. i dont think there were any Japanese yet in the crowd, but sooner later, some came. it was pretty obvious to distinguish the differences between a Japanese and a Local due to their distinct features.
got to know that the door will open at 5pm, and queue to start moving at 6pm. fucking long way to go, as my clock showed on a pathetic 345pm.
so we stood there doing nothing for the next hour and half or so. oh ya, and i met fel there. lol, so she came after all, despite a short notice.
ok la i lazy to elaborate further, so on to the main point.
after all that hideous waiting, and the aching feet, we GOT IN. pretty standard la, the procedure is almost exactly the same as the time i went 2 years ago. but only this time, the stalls location were all shifted.
this year's event was shittier because only pre-advanced ticket holders could buy the MAIN DISH, which is the main meal, the most filling meal la. and shitty us only queued up for freaking long to get the normal 12 ticket stash only to get us boring snacks. somemore, they tasted OK only, and my heart yearns for the MAIN DISH so much, because they were way more mouth-watering.
our group dispersed.
i knew fairly a large group of people there. but that day, i wana meet my sensei particularly. because she said she's going. and ok, bla bla, the usual Bon Odori started in the evening after all those dances. by students. im not the type who dances so i just watch.
oh ya, and the ratio of girls to guys at the event is like 3:1
yes, many many cute cute pretty japanese girls.
met sensei finally later. yay.
and i was quite dead already by nightfall, beacuse i hadnt had any sleep at all the previous night. after all the trouble of struggling to keep awake, finally went back with all the senseis by 9pm.
29th AUGUST.
first day of pre-advance JAPANESE class.
ok, so this new sensei totally teaches in a different way. that i wasnt used to at first, but now all seems fine. but somehow, first day of class, i feel that i'm already making an enemy in class. well, not really an "enemy" la, because i barely knew anyone in class, this new guy in front of me seemed cold towards me, and his japanese speaking is not bad too, for a guy younger than me, so i sensed a hint of Arrogance. maybe it's just me, but i always judge from first impressions, and this guy is the proud and arrogant type.
enough of him, everyone else seemed ok. and now is like the 2nd week of class, he seems to be missing from class pretty often.
tomita sensei's teaching style is growing on me, slowly. now im trying to cope with the one break in between classes, last time was three.
and the Advanced Class beside ours was always full of spirit and energy. they laugh farking loud.. i wonder how fun it would be in their class. somemore their classes seem to have a lot of people. odd, since it's a fulltime course. and i saw a chio bu from the class too.
new classes now are more speech-training based; which is a good thing. we learn a new language so we can communicate rite? instead of boring reading drills and cramming homework.
31st August. (friday)
went out to celebrate Chris' birthday at Clarke Quay. i feel a little bad, because i dont have a birthday present for him, partly because im running quite low on cash that time.
WENT to HOOTERS @ Clarke Quay for dinner, 6pm.
it was really unexpected of him la. i tot we're gona eat at some random kopitiam. for those of you who duno wat HOOTERS is, it's a restaurant that has sexy ladies as waitresses, and they wear really tight and short shorts. and most of the customers there are are ang mohs. i think they come singapore to check out our ladies. but no all the HOOTERS ladies appeal to me. only some did.
my meal. this is all i can afford with my small budget. small, but quite filling, nice ham and cheese sandwich.

they ordered this. but it was wayyy too much for us. 20 piece wings.

and a weird sign. wtf? it doesnt make sense since this restaurant mostly attracts lusty males who wana eye sexy lady waitresses.

ok and so, after dinner. went to MOS. saw a couple of familiar people there, suddenly. a little awkward. had 2 glasses of beer. at first i always hated beer when i was younger. now beer seems fine with me. beginning to develop a liking for it lol. but not too much please. i wouldnt want a BEER BELLY. i have a fine flat tummy already.
it was alright chilling out. dance music can actually be quite nice if i have the mood. stayed till about 2am and we left to eat supper at some unknown stall across the street selling bakkutteh. and left for home on Night Rider at about 330am. man, im seriously burned out.
september 2nd.
went to Bukut Panjang for some "cosplay" show. didnt really have anyone to go with, but found someone from sgcafe to go with me. met SAKUCHAN at the LRT and lead me there. walau eh this event totally suck balls la. freaking request cosplayers to come down, and it's not even a cosplay event totally. more like a dumb heartland event. it was quite boring, somemorre with the amount of bengs invading the area, the safety of some cosplayers are low. no pictures taken. but quite a boring day. i barely talked for most of the day. but i made new friends nevertheless.
and YEAHHHHHHHH, tmr is the DAYYY. FFAF SHOW!!!!!~~~~~
my mom got me the tickets via her credit card on SISTIC. but i hvae to pay her back la. this is definitely the best that will be coming to our shores so far. for me.

goodbye $85. you will be sorely missed.
argh. heaty heaty~! having a stupid ulcer in my mouth now. think i eat too much fried food. this ulcer isnt really that painful, but it annoys me like hell whenever im eating.
ok. i think im going to watch Claymore, maybe revive some WoW playing at night, have a good rest and prepare for the big day tomorrow.
these thoughts run through my head over and over again.
